A One-Night-Only Valentine’s Day Experience
This Valentine’s Day, chefs Bruce Kao and Benny Lin have created a special 8-course tasting menu available for one night only. The menu features a full tin of Black Sturgeon Polanco Siberian Caviar, Confit duck, and Murray cod, each dish thoughtfully designed for the occasion.
Every element of this menu showcases attention to detail. The Murray cod is served with a beurre blanc sauce that has been infused with elderflower for two days, bringing a light floral balance to the dish. The fish is wrapped in cabbage, each leaf carefully folded around miso-marinated foie gras, which is cured for 10 days to develop its depth of flavor.
The confit duck is paired with a white cherry sauce infused with Hennessy, adding a subtle tartness and warmth that enhances the duck’s rich and tender texture. This rare white cherry variety brings a unique balance to the dish, making it a standout on the menu.
For those looking to complete the experience, we also offer a Cocktail and Wine pairing designed to match each course.

Early Session: 5:30PM / 6:00PM – 8:00PM
Late Session: 8:30PM – 11:00PM
